The group debrief is a live 90-minute session with a coach and other participants, where you'll walk through the core motivations and patterns of each type in a dynamic, shared-learning format.
The 1:1 coaching option includes the group session plus a private 45-minute session with a certified Enneagram coach, where you’ll dive deeper into how your type shows up specifically in your life and leadership, with personalized tools and reflection.
