The course is fully online and self-paced. Participants have access to over 60 learning missions across 8 levels, three live expert-led webinars, interactive coach communication, and practical exercises. You can move through the modules at your own pace, and live support is provided through coaching and community interactions.

The course is designed to be flexible, so you can set your own pace. However, we recommend dedicating at least 2-4 hours per week to complete the content and debrief with your learning buddy.
