La Tasha brings over 20 years of human resource experience serving in various leadership positions with global organizations. She is a life-long learner driven by deep curiosity and passion to help others realize their highest potential. These drivers lead her to a successful career journey that has spanned six industries, six continents and most HR disciplines.
Prior to founding her own coaching practice, La Tasha was Director of Succession Management at Microsoft, where she was responsible for strengthening the succession management strategy across the enterprise. She is regarded as a strategic HR business partner, coach and serves as a subject matter expert in talent management and executive leadership development.

She is a skilled leadership coach that can quickly establish trust, listens with compassion, and thoughtfully challenges to move from discovery to action.
