Dede Henley
Principal
Dede is a deeply sensible advisor to executives. She brings experience from many years of running a business, a master's degree in systems thinking from Pepperdine University, and a broad understanding of the complexities of leadership. As a course designer, she has assisted in the creation of three internal corporate universities. She creates experiences that enable participants to accelerate their professional development rapidly. Dede is currently spearheading original research on the impact of leaders on culture in organizations.
As a Principal of Henley Leadership Group, she focuses her team on igniting leadership at all levels positively impacting business results for our clients. Ranked among the top 100 thought leaders by Leadership Excellence two years in a row, Dede has provided coaching and consulting to thousands of corporate leaders in a variety of industries.
She is a monthly contributor to Forbes.com in the leadership channel. She serves as adjunct faculty to the Pepperdine Master of Science in Organization Development program. She is the mother of three and second mom to three more. She lives in Seattle with her husband and their outrageous dog, River.
